All sales are final. Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions listed below.

β€’ Misuse, illegal activity, or ToS violation

β€’ Service interruptions due to platform maintenance

β€’ Delays or slow support responses

3. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC REFUND EXCLUSIONS

No refunds for:

β€’ Discord Nitro revokes (unless warranty stated)

β€’ Spotify revokes (no warranty on any standard Spotify product)

β€’ Netflix shared profiles and viewing interruptions

β€’ Tools, software, or keys patched by a platform update


Lifetime upgrades:

β€’ No refunds if service discontinues due to platform decisions

4. PROOF REQUIREMENT

β€’ Screenshots alone are not accepted

β€’ Proof must be submitted within warranty period
